Dill Pickled Agave Buds are naturally grown and bottled in the Karoo, Graaff-Reinet. After fifteen years the agave plant is ready to flower. When conditions are just right, the Agave expends all it’s reserves on producing flowers and then dies. At optimal ripeness these wild desert buds are picked and pickled for your enjoyment.
Use as a garnish for pizzas, cocktail snacks, in salads, or even stews.
